The code for the ASP.NET Cookbook is available in VB.NET and C#. The code can be downloaded in two formats:

• Windows Installer package (msi) - Provides a complete installation package that configures everything required to simply open the solution in Visual Studio .NET 2003 and begin exploring.
• ZIP file - Provides all of the files contained in the Windows installer package but does no installation.

The database is not included in either the Windows Installer package or the ZIP file. It is available as a separate download with instructions for configuring SQL Server 2000 and MSDE.
