Dominion Digital's interview process is rigorous and thorough. Our firm places great emphasis on hiring qualified candidates that will add value to the firm and our unique culture.

In most cases, the interview process will take between three to six weeks.
By accessing the Careers page on our website, applicants can view current job openings and submit their resume for consideration. Applicants have the choice to submit their resume to a specific position or to sumbit a general application.
Dominion Digital's onsite recruiter will pre-screen all resumes. If an applicant is qualified for the position in question, our recruiter will contact the candidate and schedule a phone interview.
Following the phone interview, the recruiter will schedule a set of onsite interviews. The candidate will meet with our consultants, review qualifications, and explore problem-solving and analytical abilities through either a case or technical exercise.
References & Work Sample Submitted
At this point in the interview process, candidates are asked to submit professional references and a sample of his/her work.
The final step in the interview process is a round of interviews with Dominion Digital's Leadership Team. During this time, the candidate will meet with a Managing Consultant, a Principal, and our CEO.
