Anthony Wenzel
Executive Principal
Mr. Wenzel is an executive principal with Dominion Digital in their Technology Consulting practice. As an early employee of Dominion Digital, Mr. Wenzel joined the firm in 1998 and has led many successful client engagements in that time, focusing on delivering right-sized technology solutions to create business value for clients throughout the Central Virginia region. Mr. Wenzel directs the firm's Technology Integration, Agile Software Development and Web Business Solutions services.
In addition to his consulting work, Mr. Wenzel serves on the company's executive leadership committee and is responsible for the executive management and oversight of all company financial operations.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wenzel served as Technical Product Manager for a leading global provider of contact center solutions. In that role, Mr. Wenzel led the development of a successful real-time information system product, growing that product from its initial creation to becoming the market leader in its class. In that position, Mr. Wenzel gained experience in customer requirements management and full-lifecycle product development.
Together with his wife Christy, Mr. Wenzel is a supporter of numerous community organizations in Charlottesville and Central Virginia including UVA Children's Hospital, Martha Jefferson Hospital, Virginia Piedmont Technology Council, Virginia Blood Services, Recording for the Blind & Dyslexic, The Paramount Theater and others.
Mr. Wenzel graduated from the University of Virginia, where he earned both a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering.
