Dominion Digital Hires Two Consultants as Company Experiences Growth
Business Process Improvement Consulting Firm Expands Team

CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA—May 4, 2004—Dominion Digital, a consulting company specializing in business process management that improves clients performance, announced today that Carl King and Sonali Shetty have joined the company as senior consultants. Serving as project managers, both will be responsible for spearheading business process improvement projects for Dominion Digital clients, providing high-quality solutions to complex technical and business challenges.

Sonali brings customer service skills and project manager expertise, which will be invaluable working with our clients.”
Consultants at Dominion Digital are responsible for managing, executing and delivering results on-time and on-budget in a dynamic, technology-oriented environment. King and Shetty will leverage their prior experience to frame business problems, analyze alternatives, and design business and technology solutions.
Prior to Dominion Digital, King served as a systems analyst for Circuit City Stores, Inc. where he led an inventory management project using Six Sigma methodology to analyze business processes. King managed software development processes, cross-functional team coordination and project lead items. While employed with Raytheon Systems Company, Inc., King was a software engineer where he developed tactical software enhancements for user interface and embedded real-time digital special signals processor components of a multi-million dollar Air Force reconnaissance system. King managed a complete software upgrade installation of the entire system during a field site visit to Osan, AFB in South Korea. King previously managed cost, schedule and performance of analysts to include personnel development and management, budgeting and forecasts, timelines, and reporting for Compex Corporation.
Before coming aboard Dominion Digital, Shetty served as a staff developer and senior consultant for PeopleSoft where she managed full life cycle implementation of multi-product PeopleSoft applications. Engagements included long term consulting work at The US Mint, Radio Shack and KPMG. She managed the payment processing module of PeopleSoft’s Financials product for several releases. Shetty also managed an inter-disciplinary team for PeopleSoft Receivable and Billing modules for Circuit City Stores. In these roles, Shetty demonstrated a proven ability to design, execute and interpret quantitative and qualitative analyses on strategic business issues. During her tenure with PeopleSoft, she also was recognized by the company’s senior management for superior customer service.

King has a Quantitative Business Analysis BS degree from The Pennsylvania State University, an Information Engineering Certificate from George Mason University’s School of Information and Technology, and a Software Systems Engineering MS degree from George Mason University’s School of Information Technology and Engineering.
Shetty has a Bio-Medical Engineering BS degree from University of Bombay, a Bio-Medical Engineering MS degree from Texas A&M University, a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University’s School of Business Administration, and an MBA from the College of William and Mary.
