Dominion Digital Announces Henry Departure, Embraces Practice Structure

For Immediate Release

RICHMOND/CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA - May 16, 2005 - Dominion Digital announced today the departure of Gary Henry, who will leave his post as Chairman & COO to enter private practice. As Chairman Emeritus, Gary will remain in mutually-supportive association with the firm. He will also continue his active involvement in the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Virginia Piedmont Technology Council, and the Piedmont Regional Science Fair.

"We're thankful for Gary's contributions over the years," says Chris Little, Founding Partner & CEO. "During our industry’s downturn earlier in the decade, his experience and commitment helped a great deal. We wish him the best in his future endeavors."

"It was a privilege to lead such a talented group of people through challenging times," said Gary Henry, who also was the company’s CEO from 2001 to 2003. "I look forward to seeing the company take its next evolutionary step."

Founded in 1997 as technologists who know business, Dominion Digital has served over 100 regional clients and has matured into a regional consulting firm with practice areas in Management Consulting and Technology Solutions. Coming through the market downturn that eliminated many industry peers - large and small - the company had a record year in 2004 and is poised for yet another in 2005.

At this stage of the firm's growth, the move to the practice model strikes a healthy balance between focused services and enterprise collaboration, with clients getting the best of both worlds. This model has also created new opportunities for employee empowerment and advancement, which are essential to attracting and retaining top talent. Says Little, "Our unwavering commitment to our clients and employees has earned us an excellent reputation throughout the region. By continuing to attract top talent, we can serve our clients even better, grow our business, and the positive cycle continues."

Dominion Digital's Management Consulting Practice is lead by Mike Zirkle, a Virginia native who graduated from Virginia Tech and UVA's Darden School of Business. Mike has 20 years professional experience, primarily with Price Waterhouse Coopers and Gemini Consulting. In addition to his role as CEO, Little heads up the Technology Solutions practice. The firm is actively recruiting in both areas.
