Dominion Digital Hires Two Industry Leaders in Business & Technology Consulting

RICHMOND/CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA – January 31, 2006 - Dominion Digital, a regional Business & Technology consulting firm, announced today the additions of Mr. Rodney White and Mr. Steve Metsker to its growing team of high-caliber consultants. Mr. White is a Principal with the firm’s Management Consulting practice while Mr. Metsker is a Managing Consultant with the Technology Solutions Practice. Both are seasoned consultants with over 40 years of relevant professional experience combined.

Mr. White is an experienced senior program manager who specializes in full life-cycle leadership of strategic mission critical business transformations. Formerly with BearingPoint and Capital One Financial Corporation, he brings eighteen years of practical experience with $100M in strategic program leadership from a diverse client base that includes several Fortune 10 & 100 companies within Financial Services, Life Sciences, High Tech, Manufacturing, Public Sector and Entertainment industries. Mr. White’s efforts have yielded substantial returns for his clients exceeding $300M in annual improvements in revenues, cost reduction and productivity gains both in the form of successful program executions and restructurings. He received B.S. & M.S. degrees from the University of Virginia along with executive training from Darden Business School, also at the University of Virginia.

Formerly with Captech Ventures and Capital One Financial Corporation, Mr. Metsker has been a software engineer, architect, process coach and developer for over 20 years. While leading successful implementation projects, he has helped clients improve both their software development processes and architectures. In addition to his work as a consultant and software engineer, Mr. Metsker frequently speaks at user group meetings and industry conferences, including JavaOne and OOPSLA. He has published many articles about software engineering, as well as two books on Java-based development and one on C#-based development. Prior to joining Dominion Digital, Mr. Metsker worked in a variety of corporate and consulting settings. Steve has a B.S. degree from Colorado State University and an M.S. degree from the University of Massachusetts. He is also a Sun-certified Java Programmer and Web Component Developer.
