A Fortune 200 financial services company looking to increase time to market for its financial products, reduce negative impacts to its customers by implanting quality controls, and drive business process ownership and adoption. Their current processes varied across the enterprise and were considered to be ill-defined, uncontrollable and inflexible. Based on our proven track record of process performance improvement, the client engaged Dominion Digital to align the various cross-functional organizations, standardize and optimize their enterprise process.
Business Result
Dominion Digital partnered with business owners to build a single standard process across multiple lines of business and integrated process across multiple functional areas allowing processes to flow naturally across organizational boundaries and enabling end-to-end process optimization and controls. Further, Dominion Digital identified an opportunity to align process workstreams with a major transformation initiative. We were able to deliver key process components approximately 1 year ahead of schedule resulting in substantial financial benefits to the client.
