Q: What percentage of my donations goes back to the UVA Breast Care Program?
A: All race expenses are covered in the cost of race registration fees, so 100% of your donation goes back to the Breast Care Program.
Q: As a participant, is there a way I can view my online donations?
A: You will receive an automatic notification e-mail every time a donation is received on your behalf. This email will also total all of the donations that you have received thus far.
Q: I think I had an online donation, but haven't received a notification e-mail. What do I do?
A: If you do not receive notification that you have new personal sponsorships, then it is safe to say that the donor did not correctly identify the donation of a sponsorship of a particular entrant. If this happens notify info@womens4miler.com, and it will be corrected promptly.
Q: If I send in donations I have already collected to Ragged Mountain Running Shop before the race, will the total be included for my team?
A: Offline donations are included in the totals as they come in. All totals are cumulative, so the entrant (and their team) will receive full credit for everything that she turns in throughout the entire summer.
Q: What is the deadline for turning in donations?
A: While we encourage you to turn in your donations at the Ragged Mountain Running Shop throughout the summer or at packet pick-up (the night before the race), we recognize that this is not always possible. If you would like to be eligible for a top fundraisers prize or the Corporate Cup Challenge, please turn in your donation no later than Friday, September 17.
