The Women's Four Miler Training Program
This established program prepares you to run (or walk) the race by participating in 12 consecutive Saturdays of group training and coaching.
Each week, experts provide information on women’s health and fitness. Great running information and tips are included with training program materials.
Previous running experience is not necessary and walkers are welcome.
