The 15th Annual Women's Four Miler Training Program
This established program prepares you to run (or walk) the race by participating in 12 consecutive Saturdays of group training and coaching. Previous running experience is not necessary and walkers are welcome. Each week, experts provide information on women’s health and fitness. Great running information and tips are included with training program materials.

Information Session, Training Run (with your pace group), Pink Ladies (your coaches and cheerleaders), FUN! |
Note: |
Please bring a water bottle, sunscreen, a large towel, and a folding chair*. Wear running/walking apparel. |
Cost: |
$15.00 Registration Fee. Cash or Check payable to: W4MTP. |
How to Register for the Training Program:
- Print the form and mail to Ragged Mountain Running Shop
- Stop by Ragged Mountain Running Shop and complete a form.
- Register at pre-training packet pick-up at:
- Thursday, June 12 at ACAC Albemarle Square, 11am-1pm & 5pm-7pm
- Friday, June 13 at ACAC Downtown, 11am-1pm & 5pm-7pm
- Register at any training session on Saturday mornings.
